Elite Integrated Performance sits just north of Frisco in Prosper and draws members from both cities. Founder Chris Hatch, a military veteran with a long background in training, runs it as a system rather than a gym: every member starts with an InBody scan, and both the workouts and the nutrition targets are built from those numbers and adjusted through a three-phase yearly cycle. The facility also has a medical side, with a nursing lead and physicians overseeing bloodwork, peptide programs, testosterone therapy, and IV therapy.
